CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

CANCELING A SUBSCRIPTION ORDER

Subscription orders for 6Storage software placed directly online through 6storage website are processed immediately and can only be canceled by contacting 6storage. If you decide you no longer wish to use or retain access to the software or services to which you've subscribed, you must contact us at support@6storage.com to request cancellation within 30 days of the original purchase to receive a refund.

CANCELING AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

Your software subscription automatically renews when your contract expires to ensure you have continuous access to your 6Storage software. You will be charged for a new subscription term on the renewal date. You can cancel the automatic renewal at any time before your renewal date by contacting us. You will retain access to software and services until the renewal date but will not be automatically charged for a new term. Access to your software and services will end on your subscription renewal date.

CANCELING AFTER RENEWAL

You wish to cancel your subscription after your renewal date has passed, you must contact us to request cancellation within 30 days of the subscription renewal to receive a refund. See the information below for Refund policy.

REFUND POLICY

6 Storage Management Software offers a Basic version for free with full access to all basic features so that you have time to review and test out the software in its entirety before you purchase. Therefore, all sales are final and no refunds are available after 30 days of purchase. In case you are using the basic version of the software and you wish to upgrade your license to a higher Edition(Standard or Premium), You can contact us at support@6storage.com with your request to upgrade and your contact information. A representative will contact you to go through the upgrade process. The amount of your current purchase, minus any discounts and taxes, will be put towards your upgraded license. To request a refund for Order cancellation, please contact support@6storage.com and notify us of your desire to cancel a subscription. Please have your subscription order confirmation email message available to help us process your request. When your refund is approved and processed by 6storage, typically within 7 business days, the credit will be issued to the payment method listed in your 6storage Account. Please contact the card-issuing bank for information about when the credit will post to your account.
